The visit itself was seamless, easy check-in, short wait and overall good experience.nUnfortunately two negatives:n1. They confirmed I was covered with my insurance (after I questioned their confirmation twice), turns out I wasn't. I now have a huge bill because of their lack of due diligence.n2. They never followed up to review my bloodwork results. I had to inquire three months after to schedule a follow-up.

Front office staff is WONDERFUL! I called regarding a COVID test and they were fully transparent about wait times and even suggested an alternative option that would help meet our needs. Hard to find conscientious care like that nowadays!
