Unacceptable communication!!!! Doctor Hassen apparently can’t pick up a phone and speak to her patients. The office won’t squeeze you in for an emergency either. I was literally in their parking lot and begged to see them for pain in my shoulder, back and left arm. They told me to go to urgent care, which I did, but I’m still in a lot of pain. If you are receiving unacceptable care, call Dr. Jones who is the chief executive and crown for INOVA.

I tried to make an appointment with a functional medicine doctor. Doctor can only be seen through INOVA's 360 program, which means they want to charge you $2100 membership fee per YEAR in addition to being billed through insurance per appointment. This is INSANE. INOVA claims it's because the doctor spends more time with you....so I'm paying $2100 extra a year for the doctor to do their job? If I wanted more of the doctor's time, I would schedule more appointments and pay through insurance. Guess INOVA wants to treat only wealthy patients???

This office went downhill since Dr. Kodroff left. The staff are rude and unprofessional except for maybe one person and the doctors don’t take patients requests of testing seriously that can lead to other serious issues. Avoid this office.

The staffs are so friendly and nice. The front desk has really improved and has a welcoming atmosphere. The Manager is a very sweet and caring young lady. She has really turned that place around for the better.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not a single doctor took a real case history. One doctor ordered a test that was contraindicated by a medication that he prescribed. Then another test was ordered and the lab tech came out 10 minutes later to say she was going on her lunch break so we should come back in an hour. I don't know what is going on here, but it is clear that people are being commodified and there's a problem with the culture of the staff.
