I have been a patient of this medical group for quite sometime, the office staff, doctors, nurses, admin are all wonderful. The PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE. They are never available and they ask you to leave your information for a call back the same day. DOES NOT HAPPEN! This has been going for years and has become quite tiresome. I might have to change medical group....P.S. please don’t respond by saying to contact your office manager, Renee, been there done that and that and no change, besides you have to call the same number as scheduling to get in contact with her! How ridiculous is that!

The outpatient lab staff are excellent—friendly and efficient.

This is nothing more than a money making enterprise. They are all about making numerous referrals to doctors within their own group. I saw Dr. Vasquez two weeks ago and am still waiting for him to send my scripts to my pharmacy. I even had CIGNA call him in order to expedite. It is impossible to contact the office, the only number they post is for their scheduling secretary who is located in a separate building. The scheduling secretary is not capable or allowed to transfer calls to the doctors' office.

Updated review. I will say that my recent experience has been very positive. I had an injury and they were able to see me quickly and the doctors I have seen are competent and thorough. I think if you are looking for primary care in the area (and are a working household with small kids so you need flexibility), this group is a good bet.nn~~~~~~~~~~~~~~nI needed follow up lab work after my physical, but I have no leave at work so scheduled a 7am appointment. They can’t be running late when you’re the first appointment, right? However, the tech was late so my blood draw was done late...
