I have had excellent experiences with the paediatricians and nurses at this practice for the past year. However, one incident today was disheartening. The Asian office assistant was very rude and condescending to me as I was trying to finalize a payment at the reception. It was unnecessary and really upsetting especially for a mum with a young child after a vaccination. I felt the Asian lady was apprehensive with me because of my hair and skin colour. I hope something is done to improve customer service and communication for all patients at this practice for all to be equally valued and served with respect.

I was told tongue and lip ties were a fad, and to quit and pump. Thankfully, once we saw someone who took us seriously, our son had his tongue and lip ties revised and he immediately took 5oz. per day more than the day before the revision. He finally wasn’t struggling with his bottle and was gaining weight on track.

My daughter has gone to this clinic since birth; she’s almost twelve now. Pediatrics of Arlington is superb in every regard.

We have been bringing both daughters (~3 and 1.5 yrs) to Pediatrics of Arlington since their births and have been nothing but extremely happy with our experiences there with all of the doctors and staff. They have been there for us through all of the crack-of-dawn checks for ear infections and all of the other maladies that seem to occur at the worst possible time, with patience and cheerfulness, and treated us very promptly, professionally and kindly during every appointment. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Walk-ins in the early mornings for urgent issues, evening vaccination clinics, same day appointments and a hospital right here for emergencies makes this the ideal place for us.

Dr Garrett has been taking care of my children since they were born, they are now 16/18.nMy boys love Dr Garrett for her kindness, caring and ease to talk to. And Norma has been so very kind and so helpful throughout the years! Thank you!
