We are so happy with our new dentist! It was a wonderful experience all around. The receptionist was friendly, efficient, and polite. We were seen promptly. The hygienists were calm and kind. her and Dr. O, Kid Whisperer took plenty of time talking with both of my children and myself. he discussed their teeth and dental hygiene thoroughly and was easy-going, gentle, and kind. The office environment set by the whole staff's manners and attitudes puts you at ease. We couldn't be happier .
Dr. O and his team were amazing! We took our 6 and 3 year old there for their first visits and it could not have gone better! The girls were able to be seen together and REALLY enjoyed picking out a TV show to watch. The hygienist and Dr. O were very soothing and reassuring to both kids; especially the older one who needed some x-rays. Dr.O also offered a great approach to get ahead of some issues now to better align our daughter's jaw and to help reduce significant orthodontic work later.
My husband and I were referred to Children’s Dentistry of Arlington by our Dentist when we were frantically looking for someone to help our 3 year-old who had been in so much pain and suffering from a fever brought on by a dental issue. Dr. O and his wonderful assistant, Genesis happened to be in the office and agreed to take our daughter in as a new patient even though they weren’t technically even open that day. Our daughter had a fear of going to the dentist, but as soon as we walked into the office she was put at ease by Dr. O & Genesis. The office is beautiful, filled with bright colors and pictures. Our 3 year old was especially impressed with the big screen TV mounted above the dental chair where she was able to pick out her favorite show on Disney+. The entire time Dr. O & Genesis made our daughter feel comfortable, was patient and explained everything that was happening using terminology she would understand. Since the first appointment Dr. O has taken the time to respond to text messages and phone calls on his days off, and brought our daughter back in for additional appointments to check on her and help put us at ease. We are so grateful we have found Dr. O and his team and look forward to making Children’s Dentistry of Arlington our go-to pediatric dentist for both our daughters.
We love Dr. O and his assistant! They are very flexible with our schedule and kind and friendly.nOur Toddler was thrilled to sit and get his teeth examined by Dr. O. It was an easy breezy visit. I like how Dr. O approach my son and everything came so natural and not forced. Dr. O is very knowledgeable as well and definitely willing to sit down and answer all your questions. Highly highly recommend them!
Dr. Alex is very patient and kind and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Both of my children needed fillings and Dr. Alex was very accommodating of their individual needs. We love the calm, kid-friendly atmosphere, and will continue using Children’s Dentistry of Arlington for all of their cleanings and dental needs.
