I brought my 2 boys (ages 5&3) to Virginia Square Dental. It was a lovely experience from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. One of the front desk staff came out to personally greet my boys by name and helped them wash their hands. I can’t tell you how helpful that was. She was so sweet. My boys were instantly unafraid and in a good mood. Our hygienist was also very friendly and professional. Dr. Ransom was truly excellent with my children. She was warm and helped my boys to understand what she was doing and what was going to happen. This is something they really needed from their dentist. They sat back and watched Toy Story throughout the exam. It was the most positive experience they’ve ever had at the dentist which was a huge relief for me. There was even a treasure chest full of goodies for them to choose from at the end. I’m happy to say we look forward to seeing Dr. Ransom in the future.

I have never had a problem at VSD. Why do others? I am sure there is more to the story of these negative comments per VSD? Everyone has been great and friendly to me. No issues whatsoever.

Fantastic experience. Everybody is professional, cordial and highly skilled. They have excellent Covid mitigation plan and I felt safe. Dr. Bube’ and Brittany are incredible and expertly saved my tooth. They have state of the art equipment, can mill a new crown on site, process dental insurance claims, and offer free indoor parking.

Excellent customer service!! I called to see if I could move my appointment to an earlier date. When I called, the receptionist knew that my partner was being seen the day I requested and offered to move me to that time so we could come at the same time. Saved me a trip and I didn’t even have to explain to her why I wanted to move my appointment. I was so impressed with her service, as I’ve only been there twice before. When I’m there, they are so friendly and kind. Back in the chair, they are caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and have me out the door in no time. Not to mention I got to watch a movie during my cleaning! I also enjoy how CLEAN the bathroom and facilities are. This place knows how to present a comfortable environment to their customers and offer exceptional dentil work. THANK YOU for making going to the dentist a pleasant experience!

I visited this office for the first time as my old dentist retired during Covid. I was very impressed with the office itself - clean and modern, lots of technology, and all the right procedures to keep patients and staff safe. The staff was lovely, and I had a great experience - even watching Seinfeld during! Highly recommend this practice.
