I have paid for professional massages before at my previous place of residence. This was my first visit to this establishment, and I will not be returning. The staff at the front desk was nice and accommodating. However, once I went back to the massage room that was the last bit of good customer service I experienced. There was no communication from the masseuse besides asking me what type of pressure I wanted. The whole time she seemed in a rush. I felt uncomfortable speaking up which I realize is partially my fault, but again, I have received massages before and have never felt so uncomfortable or like I was an inconvenience to the masseuse before. The worst part was that once the hour was up, I realized that she never turned me over onto my back to massage the top of my body which is typically part of the process. When she saw the confused look on my face after she ended the massage, she proceeded to try to explain why. Due to language barriers, I had a difficult time understanding her at first. But during her clearly frustrated explanation, she made it clear that I was “too big” to massage both sides of my body. Essentially, since I am a six foot tall size 16 woman, I was made to feel uncomfortable and undeserving of a complete massage experience. Never in my life has someone in customer service been so brazenly rude. I will definitely not return, and I recommend anyone who is considered plus size or above average in weight to not come here.nnUPDATE: After my review, I was reached out to and offered a massage at their other location with one of their best therapists free of charge. While I appreciated the gesture, the experience was still not one I would return for. The new therapist was very nice, but the actual massage still wasn’t up to my expectations. She did listen to me when I asked for specific spots to have more attention, though, which was nice, but again, I won’t be returning.

Best. Massage. Of. My. Life. I've had massages in China, Indonesia, Korea, and all over the U.S., but this has to be my favorite. It's always clean, friendly, efficient, and oh so good. Add on cupping (pictured), scented scrubs, or hot stones for even more benefits. Pro Tip: Pay in cash for a discount and always tip your masseuse.
