I'm currently on day 4 of no hot water. And I don't mean the water is just lukewarm. The boiler is out so it's ice cold. The boiler in my building has been out for 4 days and the main office is not communicative about updates.
Ms. Miller helped me through my entire process and I mean ENTIRE. She was answering questions for me two months before I even applied. She’s prompt and quick with answering all your questions. I have hundreds of questions and tons of worries and she always told me not worry she was there to help. She really does want the best for you and wants you to be absolutely in love with your unit before accepting it. Please if you are thinking about applying please ask for her. I’ve lived in this community back in 2010 and this new leasing office is A1.
The apartment itself is nice newly renovated for a good price. Would avoid living on the first floor at all costs. Lived here for a year 1st floor, dealt with roaches, moving out I found my things covered in mold.nnI would give it three stars, but moving out process has been such a pain. The office is totally un responsive called emailed, called again. Still nothing. Literally just want to hand over my apartment.
The leasing assistant Quiana, was amazing. She really provided a comfortable and informal tour. My favorite aspect about the tour was she didn’t try to sell me a unit, but more so provided me an experience. The place is amazing, very warm and spacious. Im so excited.
Full review will be added the week of 19 April 2021 to allow the apartment complex management a final chance to address the situation to our satisfaction. I may change the 1 star rating at that time.
