Great company that does fantastic work on gas lightposts, highly recommend and very honest
It has been a long time since I have had service like this! I needed repairs to my outdoor gas light. After one phone call, someone came to the house and removed the light and took it back to the shop. While I was away, it was repaired and reinstalled. It looks and works better than new. Although they have never met me or done any work for me, the company was trusting enough to bill me rather than require me to send credit card information. How refreshing!
Very poor service. My gas fireplace was installed by these people. I used it once and it quit. Contacted the company and left a message. No one returned my call. I called again and this time got to speak to someone. I explained the issue and he said he would have someone contact me. 5 hours later no contact. I call again to ask why and I'm told sorry but no one will get to me until later in the week. Mind you I forked out $1055.00 for this gas conversion. Guess that doesn't count. I asked that the owner contact me. Well that was over 4 hours ago.nWould i recommend this company to my friends? NO. The customer service is poor. It's obvious that they make no effort to help their customer.

I wouldn’t recommend setting up a service appointment with them either. I bought my logs from them and it was fine. I saw the other bad review but thought I’d give them I try. Anyway, they never got back with me to set up a time. I ended up fixing it myself (change the batteries, and bam, fixed) So I called and left message canceling. They just show up at my house out of the blue without ever calling me to set up a time to meet. Just started walking in without even telling me who they were. I had to ask “what’s this?” He says “I’m here to service you fireplace” I told him I’d already called to cancel. Everything was fine after that. But what kinda service call doesn’t confirm the details before showing up???
