I called several contractors on a Saturday afternoon. Brian was the one who was finishing up a job and still found time to come out and give me an estimate. He took pictures and explained everything. The other contractors didn't come close with the level of care, professionalism, or detail. And some never showed up. Owning several properties I've replaced many a roof and have dealt with many different contractors, and Brian Leblanc and his team were truly the best. The roof is exquisite and for once in 20 years I did not have any clean-up afterwards. The property was immaculate. Without hesitation I will hire him again.
Brian answered the call immediatelynHe explained what needed to be done and was ready with an estimate in a day. We were lucky and he got us on his schedule right away. The quality of work is outstanding. He and his staff were amazing. Answered all our of our questions. Explained what they were doing and why. Left the yard spotless. I reached out to Brian M Le Blanc Roofing after noticing that my roof was leaking. I bought the house knowing the the roof was 15+ years old and needed to replaced at some point in the near future so once it started leaking I knew I needed to replace it. They showed up within the next day to take a look at my roof using a drone and gave me a quote right away. After further inspection, we realized that the roof needed plywood in order to do the job effectively and according to code. Brian M Le Blanc acted promptly to get permits and materials for the job. Their crew was extremely professional and cleaned up the job site everyday. They did the job in only two days (Friday and Saturday) and I couldn't be more impressed. My roof was not a simple job since it's very cut up and it's a two story multifamily. They documented the entire process with their drones and were transparent about pricing the entire time. I wanted to go with local guys since my property is in Fitchburg and I couldn't be happier. I will highly recommend Brian M Le Blanc Roofing. They will be my go to Roofing partner in real estate in the area.
I don't often review but happy to leave a 5-Star review for Brian and Bruno. I received a prompt response to my request for a quote and received a professional proposal the next day. The roof shingle and skylight replacement went as promised with regard to timing and quality of work. We always received honest communication about scheduling and everything was clean when installers finished for the day. When one part of the spec had to be changed on the fly, Brian stood behind the original estimate but did what was needed to get the job done right. We are happy with the work and recommend dealing with the pros like Brian and Bruno when it comes to your roof.
