Nothing like hurrying over to catch them before they close, only to find it locked up early and the guy inside pointedly ignoring you. There's plenty of competition, better to buy somewhere they like having customers.
If I could give a zero or negative stars, I would give them as many as possible. The most HORRIBLE experience EVER!!! Completely ignorant and incompetent staff. Do not give this people your credit card info, they will try to screw you....
I made an appointment on 9/1 for a hitch install on 9/14 at the Leominster MA location. That install was cancelled by uhaul on 9/5 and rescheduled for 9/28.n5 hours before the appointment time I get a phone call message that I was lucky enough to notice, that I have been cancelled again.nThis is acceptable? I had to go through a lot of time rearranging to make this appointment and uhaul cancels 5 hours from the appointment?nA return call to uhaul and now I get a wait time of 15 minutes?nAvoid at all costs, very unprofessional way to operate in my opinion. And they charge your credit card upfront. So far I have had no luck contacting anyone to give me my money back.
they charged me for fuel although i filled the truck before i returned it. I had picture of the fuel and mileages before and after. still got charged
Reserved a truck for Saturday morning 5/4. Perhaps one of the busier days I'd imagine for moving. All I have to do is sign the papers, yet there is a line 3 deep and I've been waiting for 20 minutes already. They only have one guy behind the counter. Still waiting. Doesn't it seem like they should staff up on a Saturday in May? Update...waited 35 minutes. Pretty bad.
