Shout out to Chris the Postmaster in Leominster. He was extremely helpful in assisting me in trying to locate a very important package that I shipped out recently. He made sure to keep me informed at all times and even called me first thing this morning to let me know my package had been hand delivered! Thanks Chris for all your help!
The people here are very friendly and it’s a clean area. They respect you and treat you well. They usually are busy there, but they make sure they get to you as soon as they can! Packages are backed up a bit because of COVID and that’s understandable because it’s something they have no control over! Love it here.
Excellent customer service, very clean and orderly
I wish I could give this place more stars. This is the only post office I’ve ever been to where the staff is actually polite and treats customers with respect, and I mean everyone. I was assisted by Matthew and he was so helpful with everything. He just had a relaxed demeanor and a positive attitude the entire time. Overall amazing experience!
The older woman with the short hair and African accent that's works at the front desk. Is very rude and disrespectful. She gets a bit too loose and comfortable with her customers and talks to them in any way she wants. Her demeanor is not professional, as she gave me a bad attitude after there was an error on the address of my package and then made a personal insult. She needs to talk to customers in more professional manner as she doesn't know them and depending on their personality, not everyone is going to react the way she expects.
