Upon entering Rene's, Denis (the owner) was insistent on ensuring we knew just how much his quality and customer service surpassed any of his competitors.nHaving previously had family use his services; we decided to go with him for a wedding tuxedo.nCome wedding day, several people noticed that the bowtie was frayed, badly worn and tattered.nGiven the bowtie is one of the main focal points of a tux, it would have considerably detracted from our professional photos. Moreover, it was just not acceptable attire for my wedding; especially given Denis' fervent braggings of his superior attire and customer attentiveness.nnI called Denis after the wedding to tell him of my displeasure, over the condition of the tie. His response was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He repeatedly yelled at me, despite my calm demeanor and then, ultimately hung up on me.nnI am very disappointed that any of this had to be an issue on the most important day of my life; but to have him handle the complaint, in the manner in which he did, was even more disappointing. I'm sad to say I would not recommend Rene's, nor trust his products and service for anyone's important event.

I called Rene out of the blue. He treated me like family (and not the kind you only tolerate because you're related). He's very knowledgeable, and humble. I like that he's a true local. You can't beat the service. Sure, I could have ordered from an online service, but they wouldn't have taken the measurements by hand, or gone through all options, no suggestions, and when you're panicking because the online rental place messed up your order, or you need to ship it back and don't have time, who are you going to call? I love the tux (Kenneth Cole) I picked out. I'm a bigger guy, so I was surprised to see that he could accommodate without issue. 100% recommended. Affordable too!

Amazing. Courteous, professional and respectful. He knew exactly who my son was from reading the papers. Genuine and kind hearted. Place to go for your tuxedos. Thank you! My son was very pleased.
