If you are assigned Nancy try to get a new worker. She lied about when she called me for my reevaluation and I have it saved still when she actually did call. She will call you a lier when you call her out on her mistake even if you have proof. Then to get back at you she will ignore the exempt status for not having child care when your child is on the waiting list for a few daycares and claim you are refusing child care. I have asked for her supervisor many times and she refuses to get her for me.

They are very nice and accommodating. It is always pretty quick to be seen even without an appointment

I arrived at 730am, and was able to speak to a counselor within 15 minutes...she evaluated my situation and was able to set me up with a card and emergency funds for the next day. They were very efficient and polite.

I just walked in nobody's there. Lights off but they never listed, posted Anything saying they're closed.... DTA office sucks!
