I'm thoroughly impressed with Expert Pest Control. My first experience went very well and I have already referred a family member. I spoke with Kathy who helped schedule my service and she even expedited the appointment to help us solve a bee issue we were having. Mark performed the work and was very professional and detailed. He explained everything to us before and after the work was completed. Highly recommend!
Great service, I always highly recommend them when someone is looking for a pest company. Knowledgeable on what they are doing, and own their work, they don't just do the job and leave they guarantee it or they come back. I've been using them for about 4 years now and they always take care of my issue, cant say enough about how great of a job they do!
I have been a customer since 2017 giving them all my rental properties in the fitchburg area until today. The last service they did to me they charge me 4x more of what they use to and when i called the person in the phone couldnt give me an explanation for it. They just lost all of my business ill never go back
Taken over by Corporate Rollins , bad to employees, forced turnover, best techs gone, Jim sold us out w/out notice, had to leave, starting new business in Seacoast Area, stay tuned!!
Contacted Expert Pest Control about buying their service for my son and his family as a Christmas gift. My other son recommended them as he uses their services. They were very helpful...explained how it will work. My concern for their pets was addressed and I was quite comfortable with their response. Because of the snow, the program will not kick in till spring.
