We have had and yellow jacket problem for a couple of years now and this year ants were added to the list! We finally decided to hire an exterminator to try and eliminate these issues. We contacted colonial and they were immediately able to give us a date sooner then We had expected. They were informative as well as punctual on the date of treatment. The exterminator that arrived at our house was both professional and helpful in both listening to our insect issues and also explaining how the process would go. He was done spraying the entire exterior top to bottom in less then and hour and he left everything the way it was, clean and undisturbed. The results were nearly instant! There have not been Any ants on our porch or anywhere around the perimeter as well as In our house. The yellow jackets are gone as well! We are very pleased! They will do one more treatment in the fall which will include all rodents and insects that may enter your home in the cold months. There is also a guarantee and they will come and respray and inspect if we do have any further issues with these pests! Recommend 100%! Also, the cost was not outrageous, $390 for both applications along with guarantee for any extra applications you may need.

They do a very good job but I cannot even deal with their lack of response when you email them. They sent me an email confirming my appointment but the time was 2 hours earlier than I KNOW I had scheduled. I responded to the email and as usual, I never got a response back - as usual. So I called them and they tell me that there is no way that they will be able to do the time that I had on my calendar. I’d have to wait another couple of weeks If I wanted to set up an appointment. I don’t know why they have an email address if they don’t respond to it. And they screw up the time and I have to deal with it. That’s not customer service.
