Excellent service by Juan washer n dryer set works great and wonderful great condition delivery service free of charge
Unfortunately, we purchased a refrigerator from this store in June 2019. The refrigerator never worked properly, from the day we bought it. We had a hard time communicating with Juan, so we said a friend in who speak Spanish, to report our problems with the refrigerator. They said they would send someone over to find out why it would work a few days, then freeze up over all cooling coils.nMy client is a disabled woman, i bought the fridge on my credit card, because she needed it for her family, and they were referred to her by her landlord. She is in and out of the hospital, having had over 31 hospitalizations this year, didn't have time to chase this man. They used every trick they could, to dance around the issue and refused to come out to fix it. I even offered to pay for the repairs oh, he's just too busy according to Juan. Now, it's several months later... He says he doesn't warranty things forever. I've been as polite as I can to him, but he sold us a non-working refrigerator, and refuses to fix it. I feel like they are a scam in there, because from the first days we told them that it wasn't working properly, and they never fixed it. Now he say he doesn't warrantee forever... Funny he didn't warrantee it even for a week
