I looked up their web page as they were closed... it was 4:30pm... web page says 5:30pm. I was feeling not so cheerful as I just buried my dad. I left a message. My ring desperately needs repair before I lose my main diamond. She called me just now and I was so rudely talked to and then she hung up on me!? Really? Thanks for making my day! No business with them for sure! Heartbroken and crushed!

I dropped in to Artisan's today looking for a gift for my now 16 year old niece. At first I thought this is going to be to expensive for what I am looking to spend but then I spotted a couple of items that were perfect and priced very reasonably. The lady helping me turned out to be one of the owners and my gosh what nice lady and so helpful. Thank you for the help and I will recommend this place every chance I get.nDon

Annette and Rick were Very friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful on the item I needed work on more than happy to modify my piece the way I wanted it done. Rick worked on the piece right in front of me and ask me questions along the way of how I would like things done this is the first time I've dealt with a Jeweler who is really willing to work on things the way I wanted them done with out a 2 week wait. My Star of David turned out wonderful and the piece my diamond was taken out of was kept intact Rick also noticed one of my rings was missing a prong on its mounting so I will be back to have that ring worked on by them. I am very happy to recommend the store. Rick and Annette were very helpful and I will definitely deal with them again. To top it all off we don't have to go to the big city to have a perfect Jeweler like Artesian Jewelers I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a down-to-earth Jeweler. I would also like to add that their prices were within range for the work that was done

Rick and Annette work very hard to give great customer service and quality work. If you're in need of a gift, or just want to browse, they have a large range of local jewelry for any lifestyle. The shop is very welcoming and nicely arranged for a perfect shopping experience.
