Super knowledgeable - very patient customer service - listened to all of my needs and never upsold me on features I was not looking for. I am super happy to know that Paddock's is local and understands what customer service still means. Super happy to support a local brick and mortar local business.

I was trying to replace the pump on my washer by myself, with no experience and called to ask a question. They helped me over the phone, I didn’t buy the washer there, the guy was super nice and helped me through the process for quite a while. I will for sure be using them for any future needs/purchases, they were awesome!

Jeremy did a great job repairing my fridge. Someone else recommended Paddock’s to me for appliance repair and I’m glad they did. My fridge was freezing food despite the temperature sensor working and we couldn’t figure out what it was. Jeremy identified the problem right away, ordered the necessary part and a week later the fridge was working perfectly. (It was a little motor that controls the flap to let cold air into the fridge compartment) It was a quick and simple experience. He showed up on time and the woman who scheduled the visit always called in advance to let me know of his estimated arrival.

To me it is always a pleasure to shop locally, but one thing that always catches my Attention it's their customer service.nWhenever I need a repair they always test all the parts I take to make sure that I only buy what I would need...that is just amazing.nWe can't get this type of service on line or at bigger appliance stores like Home depot, and others, I don't mind to pay little extra because they go the extra mile to serve our cummunity.nAnd I am grateful for having this store in hood river.
