Had a torn rotator cuff and Zach gave me with several exercises which relieved the pain. Now I do not have pain he set up an excellent exercise program which helped me. The atmosphere is quite friendly and very safe! I would not hesitate to go back there again if I have any more problem’s. Zack thanks again!

I've been to about 4 or 5 sessions here and have already seen improvement in mobility in my neck and shoulder. The exercises and muscle manipulation has really helped to reduce pain and discomfort. Would 100% reccomend.

I had a positive experience at BenchMark and my shoulder injury has greatly improved. Very nice staff members, too!

I'm really sorry to give this one star review because Zach and Branden are really nice. I went to Benchmark Physical Therapy on Leestown Road one to two times per week from 9/11/20 to 11/13/20. I came to them already dissatisfied with care from another Physical Therapy service. I came to them specifically for dry needling, but in the 3 months I went, I only received dry needling once because most of the time was spent in exercising and adjustment. They also did not set standards for how long I would need to be in care, hence seeing them for 3 months. I also want to mention that I'm still not 100% pain-free after 1-2 times per week for 3 months.nnThey did not have anyone initially working the desk to collect copays for the first couple of weeks I saw them. When they did finally hire a desk worker, she never asked to collect the copays of any of the patients, including me. Her only question was asking if I wanted to schedule more appointments, which I believe now was to allow the service to continue to rack up payment. Benchmark Physical Therapy allowed me to go there for three months straight without asking for a copay then sent me a bill for thousands of dollars after three months of care. I also note again that they did not help my issue, I still have a bit of pain.nnWhen I called to explain my situation to them and why I do not plan on going back, Zach said that they didn't have anyone qualified or certified to take copays. But still, it would've been helpful to tell me that I had a copay or explain to me why they weren't taking copays. I know it's my responsibility to check-in with my insurance, but I also believe it's the provider's responsibility to set standards for care. I should not have been going there longer than 3 months and felt influenced into continue going because of how often the desk worker would ask and because of how long Zach would keep me per visit. They also need to be transparent with their patients about copays and payment.nnIf you completely ignore this review and decide to go to BenchMark anyway, allow one provider to evaluate you (Branden evaluated me but I ended up seeing Zach the entire time), be very upfront about asking whether or not there is a copay, and be in contact with your insurance so you know exactly what the copay is.
