They were very helpful in navigating insurance changes and helping me understand what my plan entailed. What frustrated me is that I sent my husband to pick up my prescriptions (for blood sugar testing strips), they gave him the wrong prescription with the right label on it. Thankfully it was a mistake that is easily recognized. They did replace it but it was easy to tell they they don’t know what they are doing with diabetes supplies.

I am currently on Isotretinoin (commonly known as Accutane), and this pharmacy completely screwed up my medicine for this month. For those who do not know, Accutane follows a strict schedule where if you do not follow the rules, you will get kicked out of the system. Kroger gave me half of my month's dose (15 days worth) which they were NOT supposed to do and told me to come pick up the other half later that week. When I came back, they said it was actually not allowed for them to give it to me in halves, so I could not obtain my second half of my month's prescription. This throws me way off target for my course, possibly adding a lot of unnecessary time on to my treatment period. I called them multiple times trying to find ways around this, and all of the pharmacists gave me different answers. They were supposed to call back and talk to my dermatologist to get it sorted out, and they never did. I am disappointed in them and very bummed I have to add time to my treatment.

Like Kroger, the Kroger Pharmacy at Brannon Crossing has super nice employees. Moved all our prescriptions here because they go out of their way to help.
