For a parking garage it serves its purpose. Being able to have a drop off on each floor of the parking garage, to the office that coordinates with that floor, was very convenient. Very clean and well lit area.

Clean garage gives direct access to UKhealthcare clinics however, has an improper usage of signage. Signs says both exit lanes open. There is a orange cone blocking one lane and the attendant in that lane kiosk is ‘on a break’. Second attendant says yes both lanes are ‘open’ but the other attendant is on a break (so its not actually open!) If attendant is on break then the lane signage for the attendant who is on break should say lane closed until attendant returns from break. Attendants should have ability to control lane signage message to indicate open/closed and use signage appropriately. Both your Parking Garages have this problem if leaving the lane open signs up when it is in fact closed or temporarily closed. Frustrating. Please Fix!

This parking garage has everything! Spots to park your cars, trucks, vans, even SUVs! The elevators are second to none in their ability to travel in all the ways you can imagine: upways, and downways, and upways. There are entrances but also exits, and who doesn't hate a parking garage without both? They have a golf cart shuttle that will take you from the elevators across the pedway in to the hospital, a super scenic and enjoyable ride (only criticism was the lack of souvenir photos). The shuttle driver was friendly but unable to find my golf ball. 10/10, would temporarily abandon my $30,000 driving machine here again if I were going to the hospital. Pro Tip: The lighting inside comes on close to dark and shouldn't be missed if you are visiting the area. Thinking about redoing my wedding photos here.

Terrible. Overpriced. Worst part is when go to pick up / drop off to get your ex surgery patient in a wheelchair whose head is rolling around because they are so I'll the parking guy is moving you on immediately while all the spaces are taken by florists! Total joke and failure in design and execution. Instead of paying a guy to harass you within 10 seconds use the money to widen the drop off zone.

I have become quite familiar with this parking garage in the last year, but especially in the last month. The parking area is nice and most of the time there are many spots available. The cost of parking is reasonable and the price is capped at $6 for more than 7 hours. If you have to visit the UK Chandler Hospital or the Shriners Hospital next door, you cannot find a better place to park that this parking garage.
