Clean and comfortable. Love the large space and comfortable reclining chairs!

The theater and staff were prepared for the times, which I appreciate. My only complaint is getting bagged popcorn instead of fresh popcorn, which has me feeling not as well the next day. Every other aspect was fine and we enjoyed our show. My only recommendation is to pop popcorn for all your showtimes.

Months ago before the pandemic, this location was supposed to be open at a particular time according to the website. I drove 30 minutes to buy tickets for a later show only to find them closed. I called and called. A vendor driver arrived to make a delivery and an employee came to let him in. I asked what the deal was... I was told the website was wrong. It wouldn’t be open for another 2 hours! No apology for the error... nothing! They said that’s the way it is. I had to drive back home without the tickets so we NEVER went back! Poor customer service us pitting it lightly. NOW... I’ve been trying to call to see if the theatre has re-opened under guidelines for Covid. I was sent to an automated system that went through a series of information and finally asked my zip code for my nearest location. I put it in and about a minute later was told by another automated bit that my call could not be taken!! I’m done with Regal!
