I will never return to this practice! The wait time was well over an hour. The Dr. seemed to be rushed and was unapologetic about the wait. The Dr. had to palpate/feel inside my mouth; while he put on a glove, I did not observe him wash his hands. At one point he left the room looking for a mirror and returned. Again, I did not observe him wash his hands upon return and then he felt inside my mouth again. The visit was short, brief, and rushed, and I was charged $295 for only a few moments of time. I brought it up to the manager of the practice. She seemed completely unconcerned and reportedly the Dr. denied everything. If you value your time, money, and safety I would not go to this practice!

Saw Dr. Alexander this morning because my 2 year old has put something in her ear. The front desk was extremely sweet and helpful. Dr. Alexander was really patient and understanding. So glad we have someone so caring so close to home and not have to drive to Lexington to get care. Thank you Dr. Alexander & Staff!!

I could not have been happier after my appointment today! Clean facilities, friendly and quick staff, kind and knowledgeable doctor that was actually wanting to help me and not just do a quick fix to get me out of the door. I’m so thankful I decided to give this office a try! Very encouraged!

For a specialist, the wait times are absolutely appalling. An hour+ just to sit in another lobby area. For two hours, it’s almost impossible for someone to be seen during a work day, when the visit is all of 90 seconds. If they can’t handle the patient load, they need to schedule less patients during the day. It is not practical to ask anyone to wait that long for a scheduled appointment. Will never be back and make sure not to recommend this clinic to anyone else.
