This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had going to the dentist. I’ve had some true horror stories at other offices and was terrified to ever go to a dentist again. Dr. Alexandra and her staff have always made me feel comfortable and have done the best work. Donna was my hygienist and I couldn’t even tell she was cleaning my teeth, she was that gentle. Incredible staff and an incredible office!

Wonderful place with wonderful people. I was actually scared of going at first because of my personal fears, but they made each visit enjoyable. They’ve always done an excellent job and their hospitality is the reason why I recommend them to my friends that want some work done.

The staff was super friendly here as well as Dr.Alexandra. She addressed all of my concerns and made sure to explain everything we were working on. Overall I must say this is one of the cleanest and friendliest facilities I’ve been to in Lexington. They have fair prices on the work they do as well. The only reason I won’t give a five star is because I had to pay out of pocket on the day of my appointment instead of being able to just use my insurance card. Definitely recommend the place if you don’t mind paying for services and then being refunded by your insurance.

I have never been to a dentist who is so wonderful as Dr. Arnold. He made me feel so comfortable from the time I went into the door. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a good caring dentist.The whole office made me very comfortable and acted like they’ve known me forever, and I will go back anytime I need a dentist. I just fell in love with the whole office staff and can’t say enough good about them!
