Takacs Patricia E DDS

My son was examined at Beaumont Family dentistry and referred to Dr Takacs for his TMJ issues over 4 months ago. They have since rescheduled the appointment due to the Covid Pandemic which was understandable. Finally after months of waiting and dealing with his pain, we get a call from Dr Takacs office the day before explaining that she doesn’t see patients under the age of 18. How does an office that referred us to one of their own specialist not know that she doesn’t see patients under the age of 18?? This was very unprofessional of their organization! Now we are left to find another specialist and start the waiting game all over again. Think twice before considering this office.
