My experience was great! The staff was very friendly! I called that morning and got an appointment the same day! My wait time was very minimal! Dr.Johanneman explained both options in detail and gave me time to decide and make my own decision when it came to choosing between a root canal or extraction. I chose the extraction, once everything was complete I was given a referral for an implant. I really appreciate that I wasn’t left wondering what my next step would be once my tooth was gone. I’m so very thankful for everyone at Associated Family Dental Care!!

All the staff are super friendly. They take time to listen to any dental issues or concerns you have. Terra is the best Dental Hygienist! Kayla is a great Dental Assistant! And Dr. Heck is awesome!

Today Dr. J and Cici worked on a filling that had fallen out of my back tooth. I was nervous , because I was a new patient here after my lifelong dentist had retired. I could not be happier with today's visit. Everyone was so warm and knowledgeable. I felt they really took the time necessary to give me the best possible care. To my surprise!! Long story short, I was thinking about refinancing my auto and have been working to achieve a higher credit score. When observing my scores I noticed a collection from ASSOCIATED FAMILY DENTAL CARE, A COLLECTION I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT. I was giving an amount to pay in which I took a loan out along with my dental insurance and was told I was paid in full. I never received any balance due notices in the mail. The work I had done was not to look glamorous but to smile again without feeling embarrassed. I have been a patient with this office for a very long time and feel like this was some FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR!!
