Justice Dental

I started as a patient with Kim Nicol (8yrs ago)and when Kim moved and Justice Dental took over the practice - I was thrilled as Laura Justice is all things kind and quality. Recently, Dr. Warren has joined the practice at the Wellington office and I could not like her more and am grateful to Manon and Anne for all things consistent and on task!nnAt 56, I have barely had dental issues but recently cracked a tooth - I had no idea what that even meant. As I described to Manon what I was experiencing, she knew right away. I felt pretty uneasy about it but Manon has taken great care of me for the past 8 yrs and I trust her. She brought in Dr. Warren and they kindly and calmly walked me through the process of getting a crown.nnThe office appears to be a great mix of anchors like Anne and Manon who are dedicated to their patients, always smiling and have a calm, professional, and experienced presence about them (so grateful) with great dentistry from Dr. Warren and Sharon who assisted on my procedure. Both Sharon and Dr. Warren made sure the fit of the crown was absolutely perfect while being great listeners to make certain I was happy with the feel of the tooth.

Just had my first visit and I am blown away!nnFirst, the office is easy to find and there's plenty of parking. The waiting room was incredibly pleasant and comfortable and the reception staff very nice and on top of things.nnMy hygienist, Manon, was the sweetest and gentlest I've ever had and the room was outfitted with the latest tech. She took the time to walk through all my x-rays and photos and point out areas of concern and pointers on how to improve oral health (with no judgment!)nnDr. Thompson came in and took the time to discuss treatment plans, taking careful consideration of the financial responsibilities unique to my insurance. He also affirmed and complimented my hygienist in front of me, which is an office dynamic I look for in medical practices. He made sure I had exhausted all questions for him.nnTo wrap up, I was given a hot, lavender scene towel to clean my face, and reception brought me an estimate for my next visit.nnOverall, minus the drilling/scraping bits, I felt so relaxed and very cared for. Everyone was open, warm, and up front. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient since 1993 when Dr Carol Smith was the main dentist! Since then there have been a few dentists, but all excellent. My main reason for staying is my hygienist - Manon and the office staff. They’re the best. Professional, kind and friendly. They take care of my entire family and when my children outgrew the pediatric dentist they came straight here.

My 4 star is mainly for Anne and Manon, the constants of that office! Always enjoy seeing their familiar faces! Anne is excellent at all front office duties as well as very knowledgeable about treatment, as she was an assistant for many years! Manon is so thorough and with her sweet spirit, you know she is working for the best of the patient! I have come to enjoy seeing Lindsey the hygienist, when getting a chance to be on her schedule as well.

Manon has been my hygienist for many years. I love coming to see her! I know that sounds crazy but I truly enjoy my time with her at the dentist. She’s become a dear friend over the years. Not only that, but she helps me take care of my teeth. :)
