A excellent experience first car I've bought in 10 years and was nervous not only about buying a car but also buying a car during covid. They took excellent care of you and were very nice. Donovan made the whole experience even better very nice and took excellent care of us. If you buy a car from here go see Donovan he will take care of you.

I had a very good experience purchasing my 2019 RAV4. Allison was very helpful and informative. I would do business with them again. The only issue I encountered was a long wait to do financing, their was only one person to handle the full load of a busy day. They gave us gift card for lunch while we waited!

Easy to talk with sales and finance people. They got ave us our options and left it up to us to decide what we want extra. We love our 2019 Tahoe.

We will never buy from these people again! They have put us through the ringer. We were going to pay cash..oh no they said..go thru our process..0 interest. So we did. Days later..so many phone calls...papers back and forth...even rejecting our credit status. We have impeccable credit! Now the manager wants us to write a check! Also says George has too much else to do rather than spend so much time on us!! It's not us that is doing this!! We are wasting our time!!! Ugh! We love the car...the dealership..not so much.

I am thankful for Don Jacobs. I had the absolute pleasure in working with Bryan Wytiaz, Allison Thurman, and George Cropp in my car buying experience. I came in for something older and used and Bryan found me a car in my budget that was far better. He got me into the car I wanted and did the heavy lifting through the whole process. I had close to a month of chaos with other dealers, but this team blew me away. Each step was extremely smooth. Allison was so sweet and George made the finance process a breeze. Everyone was kind and never made me feel rushed. The communication was top tier and very personable. I felt taken care of. They will be my go-to when I am ready to find a new car in the future.
