Brother's Auto Sales

Stay FAR AWAY from this place! I seriously think they paid for their “great” reviews. My husband, daughter and I came today to purchase a 2012 Toyota Camry they had listed on Autotrader. In the photos, it seemed to be in impeccable condition. Once we arrived and inquired about it, they told me “one of their salesmen” aka most likely a friend or family member of the owner, was driving the car as a demo. They claimed he was a barber and at work but said he could bring it right to us. We felt awkward but agreed. WE WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF IN THE COLD when they said he was only coming from Winchester Road. Mind you, I live in Lexington and can promise you it doesn’t take an hour to drive from Winchester Road to New Circle even in rush hour traffic on a Friday. Once he FINALLY arrived, the vehicle looked absolutely nothing like was shown in the photos online. The side skirts on the passenger side was destroyed, multiple front end impact blemishes, rear end collision noticeably happened... and the true lie....we were told from the start it had new tires on it. I’ve never seen new tires worn so thin as this one unless it has drag slicks and I’m sure that wasn’t in their budget seeing how drag slicks are way more costly then road tires! The car had wires hanging from the dash in the drivers side! The car has been in their possession since January 2020 and they listed the mileage from then; not currently which are thousands more then they listed! True used car salesmen: all lies and no truth!!! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Brothers Auto Sales!

I had a great experience in purchasing my new car. Brother's Auto sales worked very hard to get the deal done as quickly as they could get it done. The purchasing process was easy and painless. I absolutely did not feel any pressure on purchasing the vehicle. Brothers Auto sales gave me a fair deal on my trade-in.
