Apple Fritz Farm

I took my older iPhone 6s in for a battery replacement. Came back to pick it up & paid $50 for the new battery. No issues reported. The next day, I noticed the “new battery” needed to be charged before lunch, just like my old one. When I pulled up the battery health, it was at 82%. My old one had been 83%. Called Monday & took it back. Some Apple “genius” told me I had too many things open, closed them out & stated the new battery, which Apple did indeed replace would reflect 100% by Thursday or so. Thursday, my phone battery is now 81%. Took it back again. Dropped it off. Came back in an hour. Now I’m told they couldn’t replace my battery because there was a “revac” battery installed. I told them they are the ones who installed this last Friday. Long story but they charged me for a battery they NEVER installed & wasted my time & gas for nothing. I’ve always loved Apple but I’ll never buy another Apple product again.

whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! we were in and out fairly quickly for a screen repair, they also handled my toddler not wanting to sit still in the store very well. ud83dude02 overall so much better than the last location at the fayette mall!

Went to have my IPhone 12 fixed there. Had to wait one hour fifteen minutes on the repair. The recognition handed me back my IPhone. When I got home to download the back-up, I discovered that the SIM Card was missing. My customer experience was awful.

I loved going to this location. everyone was so nice, even the security guards. I get really anxious when talking to people but the staff made it so easy.

Left my MacBook for repair; they promised they will call me in 24 hours to update me and ask me whether or not I will allow them to keep my laptop if it takes longer. It’s already 50 hours passed, no one has called me, I cannot reach them via phone as the automated responder sends me to a general support person probably across the country...I use this MacBook to run my business and basically my business is shut down because they’ve hold it without my permission! This is unacceptable, I am frustrated. BTW, the device has two more years of apple care plus! and still under apple warranty...
