I love this place! Before the quarantine I would just go over and watch all the beautiful fish. They helped me really get into the fishkeeping hobby. This family business is the only place I trust to sell me high quality fish and inverts. Cannot recommend this place or these people enough!

I was a bit skeptical because they don't allow people inside because of Covid, but when I walked up to the door I was greeted and told about the restrictions, but that they were willing to help in any way possible. I looked on their website for a particular fish that is suprisingly hard to find, and they had them in stock! I called and the woman that helped me was extremely helpful, she got me a male and female of the fish I requested, and they are beautiful. She also helped me make the right choice of food for them just over the phone, and that was extremely helpful. This is the best place to go for fish in Lexington! They are extremely helpful and very friendly, even if you go soon before they close. Definitely will recommend them to anyone, and will exclusively go there for my fish while in Lexington.

I use to go here all the time for reptile stuff and even gave them my California kingsnake which they homed almost immediately. They have good variety of pretty much anything you need.nnBy “they” I mean the wife and kids.nnThe family is all nice but the 2 stars comes from the goofy husband that decided to follow me around the store and accuse me of stealing. Which I don’t know how/why he couldn’t watch from across the store since both of his eyes look in different directions.nnThis would be a 4-5 star without him

I have been going here for years from when we had lizards to now with just fish. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend
