My girlfriend was stuck in Cleveland until tomorrow after noon because Delta Airlines sent the plane there instead of going to Lexington Ky then told her to sleep on the floor my lawyer will be calling them tomorrow morning this has cost me alot of extra money and they will pay
Great flight. The pilot was awesome and so are the stewardesses.
Aside from the multiple delays (no fault of Delta (Mother Nature induced)) the airline staff was exceptional. Between multiple trips to the ticking counter and calls to the actual airline to find a flight that wouldn't be delayed due to weather everyone was super helpful and easy to deal with. I always use Southwest for personal flights but this latest trip was for business and since Southwest doesn't operate out of LEX Delta was the airline that came up. Been years since I'd flown with them. I'm highly satisfied. The planes I flew on were all new, clean, nice. Gate operators were awesome. Seating was good along with free Wi-Fi. Thank you Delta for working flights and getting me to my destination before I needed to be there.
