I've stayed here a couple times now when traveling from the bush to the hospital. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. And the shuttle drivers are fun, funny, safe and awesome. Thank you so much. I highly recommend you!

Currently staying here awaiting the arrival of a new baby. Everything and everyone is AMAZING! Check in was swift. Upon landing at the airport we called for the shuttle to pick us up. It arrived with 5 minutes of us calling. Donna, an employee is phenomenal. We fell in love with her the moment we were picked up. The room is spacious and clean with an amazing view! Housekeeping is great. I understand with COVID they're exceptions. They knock and check to see if we are doing okay daily. The shuttle also provides transportation to and from doctor visits, which is GREAT! They also will drop you off anywhere you request during your stay. I highly recommend this hotel to any one! Everyone at the front desk is sweet and polite. They answer questions, remake your room key without hesitations and also greet you with a warm hello.

Staff was rude at front desk my room was supposed to be ready at 2pm according to my reservation. Had to leave and come back . Has thin walls people partying all night til 4am . Was across from ice machines heard that all hours of the night. It is next to breeze in and McDonald's a mall across the street. The roll of toilet paper had blood on it and no place to put the tp just sits on the back of toiletnThe shower curtain didn't stay shut do to poor placing on the wall looks like it got broke at some pointnNot many choices of hotels in Juneau this is terrible but better then others we stayed at. Airport not far from hotel.

Everything looked new and clean. Great location. Friendly staff. Ride from ferry and to airport saved us on car rental. Breakfast was small but bakery is right across the parking lot. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Normally good front desk service, shuttle van is every half hour if you need transportation now, but be aware if you're anti pot or just don't like smelling weed. Sometimes (not all the time) hallway will smell like it on third floor. Got mini fridge, small safe, decent channels, and have morning breakfast. Idk how it is now because covid situation? Because these last stay is heading to breakfast McDonald
