The women at the front desk are crabby and awkward, some seem miserable or unhappy with their job. The clinic is clean and fairly quick to get into, I continue to go here because I don't have to deal with the weird ladies except when I call or check in. My provider Stacy is beyond awesome, polite and comfortable to be around and that's all that really matters.

Saw Dr. Sing for a Procedure. i 100% recommend her she walked me step by step through the procedure i was very nervous and she kept asking if i was okay! Knowing step by step really helped and made me feel more comfortable! The front desk was also very friendly.

I've been to the Federal way medical clinic several times they always seem like they want to help you but at the Lakewood location they are rude and genuinely show you they would rather be anywhere but there helping people. I won't be returning to this location.
