This place is run like an urgent care clinic, and the level of care reflects this. I originally started my care with one doctor and was then shuffled around between another 4 doctors/midwives in one month of pregnancy complications. Interestingly, I have not heard a word from the doctor I originally started with (Dr. Archibald), even after a miscarriage was diagnosed. It was nearly impossible to actually talk to a doctor throughout this process. My husband and I found ourselves going to Google for basic information that the doctors should have provided. I could go on and on about the little and big things they did that made a miscarriage even more miserable and stressful to go through. We have since switched to another facility associated with Swedish and wish we would have done it sooner.

dr. cox was great! don’t trust the bad reviews, they’re old or one offs. i went bc they accept my insurance molina. the building is new, clean, and orderly. was seen fairly quick and easy. would recommend if u live in the area.

Dr. Tyler is awesome. I love her, She answers all my questions and gives me clear answers. I had to have a biopsy and i didn't even feel a thing. Plus she is so friendly and nice most of my appointments we are laughing up a storm. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Also she is super supportive I'm a little bit of a worry wart.

Beautiful new building, same kind and compassionate staff. I've had great experiences with multiple different front office workers and nurses and have never been disappointed. My doctor, Dr. Park, is very kind and takes her time talking me through every process she does and question I have. She never rushes or makes me feel unimportant. All of the staff in my experience have gone above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommended this office to any and everyone.

I Express some bad experience with one of the lab staff there yesterday her name is Sarah, she was so rude and racist with me. She supposed to fax my papers to my doctor, but she said to me go to the FedEx nearby and fax them. The fax machine literally was behind her!
