I've never walked out of Macy's without a big smile on my face. This trip I got my favorite perfume that only a very few places carry (COCO Mademoiselle by Chanel) and a couple items from my favorite clothing line that is also not-so-easy to find (Free People.) I am so pleased with the customer service. I ordered my coat yesterday and payed a mere $15 for next day delivery and the very next day my coat was being handed to me at my door by the nicest gentleman, no extra packaging, just my coat on a hanger.
