Coverage in Medford Oregon was changed, to where my phone does not work at my home. I was told this was a change in the coverage and services, and told I need to upgrade the phones I am still paying on.

I went in to change my cell service to US Cellular and when I bought the phone the girl was turning the phone on and she took the SIM card tray out. I went ahead and handed her my micro SD card to install in the tray which she did then immediately hit format and erased 125 gigs worth of data off my SD card. I lost all my pictures for the last 2 years all my passwords my doctor's appointments basically everything that I had stored on that SD card.
