Our sales rep Easton was great. He was honest and upfront about our plan and understanding of what we were there for. He sold us 2 new phone but unfortunately he was unable to get mine to accurately reflect paid off. Had his system allowed him to do so we would have ordered my phone as well. Now the phone customer service line was absolutely ud83dudcafpercent awful experience.
Smoothest & most efficient experience I've had getting a new phone. It helped I knew what I wanted but really David was easy going & friendly. Also we only waited 5 minutes!
