U guys are horrible my husband was with u for 10 yrs he had no reception half the time dropped calls and I went I to pay it for hi. (before covid) had cash and she refused to give me a receipt because I wasnt on acct well I payed my son's act numourous times not on acct no.problem getting a receipt but store was on other side of town needless to say we have switched accts to a new carrier went in payed last bill told person we DC I'd not want their service anymore payed off right. No we got another bill a month later that NO we r not paying

I walked in with a phone that was not working at all. I walked out 20 minutes later with a phone that calls, texts and gets voicemails. These guys rock!

Giving them one star is to much. Go to the other store on the other side of Rogue Mall if you want good service. Both the manager and worker in there were rude and not helpful.

One associate that works here told me I’d get a deal if I signed up and that didn’t end up being the case. When I got my bill I called to ask about it they informed me this wasn’t the 1st time she had lied to get a sale. The manager ken kept telling me he would email his boss and email me back to let me know what was going on.. well he never did. After fighting with them over this for over a month they told me nothing could be done and that I would not get the deal that I was told I’d get. And on top of all that I get no service anywhere I go, don’t receive texts and voicemails for over 24hrs. Don’t go to T-Mobile, They only care about the commission they will get by lying to you.

I have dealt with Mercedes, the manager, on multiple occasions and every time it was a horrible experience. I'm not sure why someone with no customer service skills is a manager. She was rude, condescending, and I actually caught her in a couple lies about an order that was made there that I was asking questions about. I have been to some great TMobile stores so luckily I will never have to step foot in this store ever again. Please, for your sack, go anywhere else than this store!
