I am super grateful for Neal's assistance when switching over to ATT from Cricket! He was able to help me get an unlimited plan, plus a new phone; and later he added insurance, after I realized how often I drop my phone. I went back last week to order an Ipencil for my new tablet and Neal was able to get me 2 day shipping to the store. He's knowledgeable about his job, and was able to answer all of the questions I had, in a way that makes sense to me! I'm a very happy, and thankful customer, and this is the only store I'd recommend!

Mike was super upbeat and helpful on the phone and answered my questions. Isaac was absolutely AMAZING with helping me switch over to a new phone and super quick. Will be going to this store for any future needs. Very great and friendly customer service.

Isaac and Michael really know what they are talking about. They helped save us mony. And gave us accurate information when the 800 number and another store couldn't. It was an awesome experience.
