I have never had a bad experience. I have had a lot of experience having different procedures with many different people. The thing is Marlene loves what she does and it absolutely shows. The experience I get every time I go here is top notch, above any high end salon or office type procedure. It is sometimes hard to get an appointment but that speak to demand.
Marlene Diaz has done a wonderful job working with my skin care, and with waxing. She does excellent work, and is always kind and gentle. She's also turned into a great friend.

Marlene is FABULOUS at eyebrows. An artist. I don't want anyone else to touch them!
