I've had my eyebrows waxed and a Brazilian here (by Rene) and it was so professional, fast and (almost!) :) painless. Nice atmosphere, fun people and better prices than I've found at the rest of the Ashland salons. Definitely going back.

$60 for the ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten done in my life. Took about 2hs, which I initially really didn’t mind because I thought would be something special, but oh well.nnYou should know I don’t ever make negative reviews about businesses and I hate to be doing this now, but I truly wouldn’t wish this experience to anybody else.nnAlso, I was pretty shocked to hear all employees saying bad things about the owner of the business, being that it was my first time visiting the place. Made me feel so uncomfortable, and I feel truly bad for the owner. Hope they read this review.nThought the salon looked nice and was excited for it, but oh NO!

We had a very unfortunate experience with Plaza Salon and Spa. My teenage daughter went for a hair color change. We went for a consult first and told the hair stylist (Hannah) what my daughter wanted. I spoke with Hannah to make sure she does not cut my daughter's hair since she needed that length for her photoshoot.nThey ended up not only burning her hair and causing breakage in several areas but cut her hair off more than 4 inches. They charged my credit card $450, even though they told me it was going to be $250. I sent the owner, Kevin and the manager, Renee an email with the situation and asking for a resolution. They did not take any responsibility and even said that Hannah did not recall we told her about not cutting her hair and that they do not take responsibility for it.nI was pretty shocked and sad about their response. Not going there again.

I had a really wonderful pedicure today by Amy. She was super personable and thorough in her work. I enjoyed chatting with her. My service wasn't rushed, she spent over an hour with me. I chose a pedicure with sugar scrub, callous remover and shellac polish. I felt that the $60 I spent was reasonable considering the time spent and end result. The polish is perfect and my feet are super soft. Highly recommend.

After my whole life of having long hair, I cut it into a pixie this winter after a haircut gone wrong. I have extremely thick hair that is difficult to manage and have never really liked my short pixie hair since cutting it. Yesterday, after months of attempting to grow it out, I decided to try again at getting my hair trimmed back into a short pixie. Hannah was amazing, confident and communicative. She truly knows how to cut short hair and make it look cute and modern. It was the first time I walked away thinking that maybe short hair is for me! Thanks so much Hannah, truly grateful for an experience that allowed me to see the beauty in my hair!
