The Frank Chamberlain Clark House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.nnThe Colonial Revival Style house, in a fashionable suburban neighborhood, was designed by Frank C. Clark at the pinnacle of his long and prolific career and built in 1930 as his family home.nnClark was the leading architect of the Rogue River Valley from the time of his arrival in southern Oregon in 1902 until his retirement in 1945. He consistently garnered first class residential commissions from well-to-do orchardists and business and professional men in Ashland, Medford, Central Point and Grants Pass.nnColonial period styles were especially popular among his clients, although Clark was fluent in all the stylistic idioms of his day.
