Turning Point Physical Therapy

Turning Point’s billing practices are fraudulent. Patronize this medical provider at your own financial risk. They billed my insurance and received payment from my insurance while their front desk lied to my face repeatedly about the payments they were receiving. I provided all necessary documentation before my first appointment. My insurance was billed and provided payment to Turning Point; they continued to collect payment from me as if my insurance had never paid them all the while encouraging me to get an FSA to pay their additional fees. I repeatedly addressed this with the practice; they continued to insist my insurance did not cover their fees and joked about how nice it would be when I met my deductible; none of their fees were applied to my deductible by my insurance at any time, my insurance had already been billed and they had received payment from me & my insurance at the time of these inquiries. I can only imagine what they are doing to people who are not as vigilant with paperwork as I am; I only noticed this after looking through detailed explanations of benefits from my insurance provider. This is an enormous breach of trust for a medical practice; people come here in pain looking for help. As of writing this, Turning Point has not responded to my written inquiry regarding this matter and dismissed me when I called them.

Mike Pennington and his staff have changed my life for the better. I have several Physical Therapy issues and with Mike's professional and his knowledgeable staff i have regained mobility in my neck, back and hips...I have no problem recommending their services to anyone who is in severe pain or with limited mobility as they know their stuff and will help you.

After three intense massages my masseuse suggested that something serious was going on with my back. I went to the masseuse because I had had a few back spasms and was achy all over my back. I went to Turning Point where Mike measured my muscle strength in my head, neck, arms and legs. He measured the range of motion in my legs, back, spine and neck. They checked the straightness of each vertebrae. They found a number of vertebrae that were not aligned resulting in extreme limitations of my movements and strength. After only two visits and doing the suggested exercises some of the vertebrae had already aligned, my range-of-motion increased and the achiness went away. I have a lot of sensitivities that were always respected, and I felt very safe in their environment. I highly recommend them.
