Adapt Physical Therapy

Absolutely amazing physical therapy location. Super knowledgeable and great therapists. Wonderful front office staff. When I needed a room to pump breast milk before my appointment they let me pump in an unused treatment room. I am so impressed. And I am already feeling so much better after just a few sessions of physical therapy.

Amazing people, amazing work being done. Couldn’t ask for any better finally started to feel like I was getting my life back. Thank you so much. Would recommend first.

Adapt was recommended to me by a doctor who had had very good luck there. I'd postponed trying physical therapy for my back, but now wish I hadn't! Adapt was great, from the friendly atmosphere when I walked in the door, to the thorough intake appt. and the staff. It's a clean, very well run operation, and the help I got for my back from Cyndi and everyone else, was great. I am doing the exercises they taught me and my back is feeling good.

All the staff at Adapt are amazing, it feels like family. The atmosphere is great and encouraging to everyone that comes in. Every time I come in they explain everything to me so well. To what exercises I should do at home and why. I will always come back to Adapt.

I can’t imagine attending any other physical therapy clinic. Aaron and his staff have created an amazing atmosphere. Very relaxed, yet very professional. The overall gains in strength and pain management pre-surgery, and achieving full range of movement and strength post surgery are directly due to the care I have received at Adapt.
