Connor was my PT and he developed a really nice routine for me so I can maintain optimal health. I am overweight and have lower back issues. This exercise routine is great because it covers many muscle groups; alternating between arms and legs which makes it easier for me to power through it without getting fatigued and still getting a very impactful workout. I'm a Physical Therapist that has worked in the past with JCPT - Central Medford and can't say enough about the quality of Physical Therapy care offered at JCPT. They are one of the few, if not the only clinics in Medford that spends quality one-on-one time with their patients without passing treatment off to an aide. In addition, the East Medford facility is amazing and has everything you could possible need to return to whatever activity or sport you desire. They are up to date on all current research and integrate it into caring for the whole person. In addition to caring for their patients, they are very involved in the community. If you have any pain or would like to improve movement or performance with any activity or sport, JCPT is the place to go!

Speaking as an employee of this clinic location ... Great new facility - large turf space and gym access with a wide range of machines, weight racks, and crossfit essentials. Amazing work environment with caring therapists and friendly and efficient front desk staff that value quality care. The clinic and gym also offer strength and conditioning classes for various types of athletes and active individuals. Worth checking out!
