Full time RV'ers we live the life that few get to enjoy. Traveling for the sake of Joy Unspeakable, we find have found average places but not many. We have shared other great jewels and this one will not disappoint. You have your regulars in the park, and life changing events for other some folks in the neighborhood, (last summers fires in area). Here is what you get Great staff, good neighbors, and peace in view and by the way if your here for a week the freeway sounds just like a fan running and that is not the Parks Fault.
One of the nicest places. Very nicely kept up, and the management is super cool. Price is about average for the area.
Quiet and clean. Nice little stream running by. Very nice manager too.
I'm a resident, and I enjoy it here. Neighbors are friendly, there is a pool, 24 hour laundry room, and it feels safe nestled next to Bear Creek. Monthly rent is reasonable. Also very pet friendly with a nice large grassy area to play with your pets.
We love supporting this RV park especially since fire came very close. Family owned and great people. Very sorry for locals who lost everything to Almeda fire
