I actually don't come here to park, but I often walk up here to see the panoramic view of downtown and the mountains. A great place to breathe some fresh air and clear your head, looking out on the beautiful scenery, when you don't have time for a hike. Plus, the stairway on the side is fun to run up and down -- it's part of a very cool shortcut to get from Main Street to Hargadine, or the other way 'round.

The parking was a bit expensive, but it was worth it to park quickly and be able to enjoy the festival.
