We were very dissatisfied with this company. There was only one phone number to access the myriad of people working in this company. The receptionist was extremely rude when I called and would not provide any information. The Title Officer Eva Vineyard would not return our calls until we notified our realtor.When we arrived at the time and day for closing, the receptionist stated she had no appointment in her book about our closing. She was not going to help us until the Notary came out of her office looking for us. Now we have learned that the portion we prepaid for our homeowners insurance was not sent to the lender for escrow. This company is completely unprofessional. The only individual I found to be professionally competent was the Notary Public who ran the meeting when we closed on our home.
